WEDNESDAY APRIL 1st
(no foolin’!)

We will have three very interesting acts playing Fusion Jazz, Noise Rock, and Alternative Rock.

FIRST UP_music
The Nikola Spasojevic Electric Quartet is a band made up of diverse, but interconnected musical personalities that converge into the band’s distinctive voice amid the vibrant New York contemporary jazz scene.

NEXT UPbaby.aliens
Voodoo Baby Aliens is an
NYC-based alternative rock band born in the backroom of Gulliver’s secret igloo, which has been legally owned and earnestly cherished by the band’s lead vocalist, Mahya Hamedi, since she simply emerged in it, and caught the band’s landlord, Pavle Zvekic, in the middle of Masonic Brunch (debut album, 2024).

THE HEADLINER

Bessie and the Rainbowkids (Russell Hall) is a NYC pirate-raid noise rock band led by Russell Hall, aka Bessie, a jazz double-bass legend (Wynton Marsalis, Emmet Cohen) and the closest thing New York has to a real-life pirate. The band turns virtuosity into chaos, smashing jazz lineage into noise rock, punk, and pure volume.

MONDAY March 30th is the last night of Abbie Roper’s residency, and will be filled with Indie Rock & Alt Rock

FIRST UP -
is known for her diary-like confessional songwriting style and mesmerizing vocals, the Arab-American Lora Mouna uses music as a vessel to capture moments of vulnerability within herself and her relationships. Her music reflects on her shadow work and healing, flowing between indie-rock, folk, and middle eastern music - intertwining the different sonic experiences from her culture and inspirations.

NEXT UP

Bio: Abbie Roper is a New York City artist whose music moves between delicate indie melodies and full-throttle screams. Since 2019, she’s been shaping a sound that’s both emotional and unapologetically loud, backed by a band that brings the same energy to the stage as to the studio. Grime Square described her as “something like a pissed-off, post-grunge Joan Jett, ran through a half-shredded, half-swooning set of power chords and upper-register wailing. Her voice, equal parts bratty and celestial... ”

THE HEADLINER
emerges on the Indie Rock Pop scene of NYC at the intersection of sapphic yearning and angst. These lyrics feel like a heart to heart with your best friend that you’re also in love with, with a sound that whispers then wails in your ear. Stupid Lucky is making embarrassment hot again, shaking out and putting first the parts of us they’d rather us pretend away.
Their debut single and knockout music video “need to know” is the le***an success story we all hoped for on the other side of Chappell Roan’s Good Luck, Babe!
This is where boygenius meets Weezer. Sound running alongside Annie DiRusso, wetleg. From the mind of Taylor Pearlstein. You’re with Stupid Lucky.

AND will be there doing flash!

THE HEADLINER at 11:15
Originating from the lush backdrop of mountains that the Hudson Valley refers to as New Paltz, is a
Sci-Fi Rock & Roll band that puts entertainment over everything.
Approaching music with the mindset that opposites attract, they bring a Punk Rock energy to the bandstand while honing it in with a respect for the language that Jazz and popular music has brought to our ears…or is it that they are bringing a Jazz vocabulary to the bandstand, and honing that language in by bringing a Punk Rock energy to the stage?
