This isn’t merely a nostalgic look back, but a distillation of a decade-long archive of downtown New York culture—a subculture often fleeting, here rendered with the permanence of a relic.

By capturing an intimate social circle, the works translate the frenetic energy of contemporary life into the slow, enduring language of oil paint. There is a radical synthesis at play: the gravity of Old Master traditions meets a meticulous pointillist and impressionist ex*****on.
