Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing matriarchs out there but especially to the incredible mothers in my life whom I love truly, dearly and beyond measure!

Dion x I are absolutely blessed to have come from you two splendid beings!

Your lightest touch commands obedience

Your softest kindest words are like a tiny match that lights your child’s soul ablaze!

Chooch…I watch our daughter grow day-by-day and couldn’t have been more pleased or more proud of you - you who has taken on the responsibility of being her biggest fan, her 1st responder, her girlfriend for brunch and shopping dates, her bodyguard and most importantly - Ma 💛

You are teaching her what love should feel like day in and day out.

You are for Dion what all little black girls need for themselves - the one who exhibits deep, real, true love through and through no matter what!

When I am brought you tears and down on my knees in pain, no one can bring me back to life like you. You take my pain and make it yours. You are the prototype - the woman of my dreams. You breath life into me, give me testimony and preach the word of God and prayer over me to renew my spirit to begin the day again repaired.

When I have sleepless nights or am frustrated about work or relationships or this or that, you never cease or stop short with your positivity and gentle, tender, patient, true love.

Paris x Ta’Ti are like family to me. I had a great time shooting the 2nd-half of their engagement photos this past weekend in St. Louis. Forest Park never disappoints when it comes to great scenery. We shot over the Grand Basin with their dope shirts and matching Why Not Zer0’s. They switched up the drip when we migrated over to Laclede’s Landing overlooking the Mississippi and ended up at the FOX! Even though it was VERY humid - the soon-to-be Thomas couple were very flexible and engaged the whole way through!

The photos came out great and here are just a few from their album. I’m grateful to have been trusted with shooting you both as we are officially counting down to the big day in 2021!
