At Red Carpet Improv, we believe that the art of Improvisation can build self confidence, self esteem, and creativity. It’s a form of performance in which the actors make everything up as they go along. It takes a lot of focus, creativity, and out-of-the box thinking, but, most importantly, it’s fun! At Red Carpet Improv, we believe that the art of Improvisation can build
self-confidence, self-esteem, and creativity. Through songs, games, exercises and scenes, we teach kids to follow their instincts and allow their personalities to shine through! We believe there is nothing more exciting than a child’s imagination and we seek to nurture and expand their innate creative talents. More than a performance activity, Improvisation is a powerful learning instrument that teaches children to use their imagination, to improve their listening and observations skills, and to be present in the moment. It is beneficial for all types of kids, from outgoing to shy. We also encourage a real world application of the concepts learned in the program. In an era with a tremendous reliance on technology, we want to foster interpersonal skills and the ability to be confident both on-stage and in life.
