The new Ride of Fame™ - Immortal / IT / imminent, or the I.I.i., recognizes a celebrity’s reach to fans around the world whether he/she is a legendary A-Lister, current A-Lister, or future A-Lister. While the Ride of Fame™ campaign celebrated each celebrity’s New York City ties, the I.I.i. simply commemorates a moment in New York City’s date and time of his respective “I” recognition. Just as iconic as The Beatles crossing Abbey Road, we are looking to cement these celebrities’ presence in New York City with a mobile tribute and a time capsule. There is no cost for the celebrity to participate in the Ride of Fame™ campaign, however, the dedicatees are qualified by a score determined by an algorithm from the following criteria:
• Number of Gray Line New York customer votes
• Number of fan club members
• Number of Facebook likes
• Number Twitter followers
• Number of years in the industry
• Number of industry specific awards
• Number of industry specific accomplishments
• Number of industry specific appearances
• Number of current projects
• Number of projects in development
• Number of upcoming completed projects
Celebrities honored by Ride of Fame™ are unpaid and they themselves have not paid to participate. Celebrities’ participation in Ride of Fame™ campaign is not an endorsement for services and products operated by Gray Line New York, CitySightseeing New York and other affiliated entities. Such endorsement by celebrities is strictly voluntary and unsolicited.
