Sciolino Artist Management (SAM) is a New York-based artist management firm dedicated to working closely with orchestras, presenters, and festivals to deliver excellent musicianship while meeting their programming and budgetary needs. It represents artists of the highest caliber who perform globally with orchestras and in prestigious recital venues, engaging audiences in both traditional concert settings and through educational activities. Established in 2004, the firm is headquartered on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, with a staff consisting of Marianne Sciolino, Founder and Executive Director; Chester Lane, Director of Communications; and Hattie Simon, Executive & Booking Associate. Soloists on the SAM roster include Michael Brown and Gabriela Martinez, piano; Amy Porter, flute; Francisco Fullana, Tessa Lark, and Melissa White, violin; Carter Brey and Nicholas Canellakis, cello. Ensembles include the Canellakis-Brown Duo (cello & piano); Trio Virado (flute, viola, guitar); Harlem Quartet (string quartet); and Rolston String Quartet. Also on the SAM roster is Piotr Gajewski, Music Director & Conductor of the National Philharmonic.
