Congratulations to Penelope Shvarts, NYGS alumna, assistant, and recipient of the New York Guitar Seminar Fellowship to study at the Lanciano International Guitar Seminar, on being selected as a finalist in the Rhine Guitar Festival and Academy International Competition.

Penelope will also appear as the soloist for Sergio Assad’s The Walls for guitar and orchestra, conducted by Sergio Assad himself at the New York Guitar Seminar this summer!!!!
