A 21 year old woman, Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas, died following a fall at the "Skeleton Bridge" in Limeira, Brazil. The fatal incident occurred during a bungee jumping event when it was reported that safety equipment had not been properly secured. Six people were arrested in connection with the event.

U.S. Army veteran Aaron Spencer woke up in the middle of the night to check on his 13-year-old daughter. But instead of finding her asleep, he found a stuffed animal wrapped in her hoodie that was placed in the bed to look like her. His daughter was gone.

Aaron jumped in his truck and went searching for her in Lonoke County, Arkansas. He found her inside the truck of a 67-year-old man, who was already charged with 43 counts of crimes against her and released on a $5,000 bond while his trial was pending. Aaron ran the truck off the road. He shot the man, carried his daughter to safety in his car, and called 911 himself. In a statement, Aaron said, "I did what any good father would do. Just save and protect their child."

Prosecutors charged Aaron for the man’s death. And a judge tried to seal the entire case from the public until the Arkansas Supreme Court stepped in and stopped it. It later came out that a detective lost the dashcam memory card that may have captured everything. A judge dismissed the case this week. More than 380,000 people signed a petition for the charges to be dropped. And Aaron said, "When I couldn't speak for myself, you spoke for me." His wife Heather Spencer said, "By God's grace alone, my husband spotted our child and turned to follow them. I have no doubt that if it weren't for God and my husband, I would have never seen my child again."

She finally text back after 15 hours so now it’s time to execute my revenge plan 😈

Not too much tho… I’m not toxic, I just believe in balance. You disappear for half a day, now I gotta stare at your message for 23 seconds so you can feel a tiny fraction of the emotional damage I went through. Character development.

Me the entire 15 hours:
• checked my phone 47 times
• reopened the chat pretending I forgot what she said
• convinced myself “I’m not texting again”
• started focusing on gym, money, and self improvement
• almost downloaded Duolingo and learned a new language
• accepted my future as a lone wolf

Then soon as she replied:
“😂😂”

And suddenly my suffering was over.

People say “don’t play games” but this not a game… this is strategic emotional warfare. I need her to know I have a life too. I got responsibilities. I got motion. I got… absolutely nothing going on but she don’t need to know that.

Anyways, countdown starts now. She waiting 23 seconds minimum 🤝😤
