On Opening Night, Salesman won over the crowd and caught that Coyote!

In the second performance, COYOTE won and got to eat that Salesman!

THANK YOU to everyone that came out to support us! Whether you have been following along since the Debating Extinction & The Trash Garden days, or you just found out about us, we are so grateful that you take the time out of your day to share in a beautiful evening of theatre and community!

WORKING HARD OR HARDLY WORKING?!?!

The Coyote Oughta Eat That Salesman! team are wishing you all a beautiful and restful 3 day weekend. Today and tomorrow are our last days of before TECH and an amazing 3 night run at Under St Marks!

Here are some behind the scenes photos from rehearsal. Adding in technical elements to a show always requires time and patience, and these actors deliver!

Also, laying down is actually a core exercise in many acting techniques! Our director, Luis Feliciano, is a Linklater voice trainee, and actively teaches physical theatre from the Lecoq pedagogy — BOTH of which require actors to explore their relationship with the floor.

Coyote Oughta Eat That Salesman! is a witty and thought-provoking theatrical journey where the mythical trickster, Coyote, takes on a cunning pesticide salesman whose toxic products are poisoning the land, animals, and people. As farmers fall victim to the Salesman’s slick promises, Coyote must outwit him to save the world from destruction. But in this interactive production, the audience plays a crucial role in determining the fate of the earth—will they side with the charming Salesman or with Coyote’s call to protect nature? With a split ending that hinges on audience choice, this play is both an entertaining and urgent environmental allegory for our times.
