As soon as the aroma filled the kitchen, everyone started gathering around, and I barely had a chance to set the table before the first plate was cleaned! Made this for date night last Friday and my husband literally stopped mid-bite just to look at me and say you need to make this every week. The garlic butter sauce was so rich and the shrimp were perfectly tender — I honestly could not stop going back for more twirls of pasta! I ended up making a second pot because we both kept refilling our bowls and there was barely any left for lunch the next day. I threw in a little extra lemon and some red pepper flakes for a tiny kick and WOW, what a difference. This one is absolutely going into the regular dinner rotation!

"I tried making these S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookies for a gathering last weekend, and let me tell you, they were a total hit! The moment I pulled them out of the oven, the smell had everyone flocking to the kitchen like moths to a flame. They disappeared in record time—seriously, I barely got one for myself before they were gone! Made this for date night last weekend and honestly thought I was running a five-star restaurant out of my kitchen! The creamy sauce, the tender shrimp tucked right inside the salmon — I could not believe I actually pulled it off. My husband took one bite and just went completely silent, which in our house means it's REALLY good. He's already requested it twice since then and we're only a week out! I did add a little extra garlic because that's just who I am as a person, and it was absolutely the right call.
