Don’t worry, friends. I haven’t forgotten the turtle painting.❤️

I’m having fun playing with oil paints again. The summer kind of got away from me and studio life slowed down. I did so many wedding dress videos and now I’m just dabbling in all kinds of things, forgetting to film or just experimenting. I’m in the beginning stages of a new sewing project. In the middle stages of my airmail painting. And unsure how far I am with the turtle. But I’m making progress.

Now that the Foundation is official and has non-profit status, it’s time to create a separate page for it. While the foundation will be partnering with the studio to offer opportunities, scholarships, and more, we will also be supporting other local organizations, schools and more.

I want to thank my incredibly gifted and talented friend Laura Skinner Art for creating this logo for the Foundation. I wanted it to represent that we are building something musical here in Kent County and beyond. Laying a musical foundation for our community. It’s amazing and I am so blessed to have creative and artistic friends.

Redesigning my mom's wedding dress for my sister - the final reveal!💕

It's time to take the dress to Colorado! We did some final adjustments with my sister, surprised our Aunt Bonnie with the dress, and celebrated Bekah and Ryan's marriage!

Thank you to Bekah and my mom Betsy for trusting me with this dress redesign. It was such a special project to be a part of.🥰

Stopping by Mimi’s Closet on the way back from Fountain Park to talk to local artist, Dora Pelczar about art and fashion 🩵. Some of the girls got inspired to design dresses in their sketchbooks this afternoon.

In this video, my sister Bekah was in town for a visit! We were able to do a preliminary fitting and get a feel for what alterations will come next. We were actually under a tornado watch for a little bit...but we accomplished our super secret sister mission in the studio.
