Portland Fest Participant: 🍹 A longtime neighborhood favorite with the perfect pub vibe, CBar is known for delicious food, daily brunch starting at 10AM, 14 pinball machines, rotating craft taps, and killer cocktails. But what keeps us coming back? Their INCREDIBLE scratch-made Bloody Mary. Seriously… one is never enough.

👉 Portland… this🍹is bringing big Mediterranean flavor to the Fest 🍅🔥

Say hello to , a neighborhood Mediterranean smokehouse from the Sesame Collective restaurant group. Opened in summer of 2020, Yalla serves a menu of smoked meats, vegetables, and comfort dishes.

Their Bloody Mary mix features Rose Harissa, Calabrian Chili, and Za’atar - making it well spiced, but not super spicy. They use fresh lemon juice and Bubbies pickle brine to balance things out and the end result is a delicious, punchy beverage packed with fresh, bold, Mediterranean flavors.

A Bloody Mary you’re not getting anywhere else.

Safe to say… NYC showed up in a big way. 🙌

New York City's 8th annual Bloody Mary Festival just named the best Bloody Marys in the region. Awards for best original recipe, best creative recipe, best garnish, and best mix were given out by a panel of expert judges to bars, restaurants, and vendors from across the Northeast.
