KEY WEST!!!!!!! What a thrill it is to announce that TR(ol)L will be screening at the Key West Film Festival in November! I haven’t heard a single bad word about the fest and continue to feel unbelievably humbled that festivals with such varying sensibilities are using their finite slots to program the movie. If you missed our first couple screenings in Florida in April — and happen to be around the area — come on out!

NEW YORK!!! Thrilled to announce TR(ol)L will be playing at DOC NYC this November! I can’t explain how exciting it is to finally screen in the Big Apple — just over two miles from the old Total Request Live studio — at the biggest documentary festival in America. MINNEAPOLIS AND AUSTIN!!!! What a joy it is to finally be able to announce TR(ol)L’s participation in not one, but TWO iterations of Sound Unseen Film + Music Festival! Sound Unseen is about as good as it gets when it comes to music documentaries, so we’re thrilled the festival embraced TR(ol)L enough to screen it twice. We’ll be in Minneapolis this November and back in Austin in mid-December. If you’re around either of those two cities, come swing by!

CZECH REPUBLIC!!! Could not be more excited to announce TR(ol)L will be making its European premiere at Ji.Hlava International Documentary Film Festival. This is the biggest documentary festival in Central and Eastern Europe and it’s pretty wild to me this documentary resonates internationally. If you’ve spoken to me the last few months, you probably know how excited I was at possibly getting into this festival. If you’re around Prague, come check us out!

AUSTIN!!! Got a surprising phone call over the weekend and, to be honest, I’m still kind of in shock. I’m so pleased to announce that TR(ol)L will be playing at the Austin Film Festival! AFF is one of the most well-regarded festivals in the country and it’s wild we get to screen there. So excited to hang with so many pals — both old comedy friends and new filmmaking folks — in between Terry Black’s runs. Holler at me if you’re around!
