Last week, THE BLACK MIRROR EXPERIENCE™ was awarded a Special Jury Mention in the Immersive Competition at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, which recognizes innovative storytelling using emerging technologies. Next month, this immersive experience comes to The Shed!

We’re excited to share new performance dates, an extended run, and an addition to the creative team for “Imitation of Life”!

The fall’s most-anticipated new musical “Imitation of Life” will have its world premiere engagement this November, in a co-production with National Black Theatre. The production features a book by Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, music and lyrics by EGOT-winning artist John Legend, and will now be directed by Tony Award nominee Whitney White.

Performances will now begin on Sat, Nov 21, 2026, for a strictly limited six-week engagement through Sun, Jan 3, 2027.

Members have presale access now! The Mastercard cardholder presale will begin Wed, May 27 and tickets will be available to the general public on Fri, May 29.
