They offer a vital juxtaposition of the tranquility of gardens to the chaotic urbanity of New York City. To this end, we endeavor to make each project an emotionally intimate space where the clients can connect with the environment around them. We believe that our outdoor living rooms are an extension of the indoors, and therefore should have the same level of style as within the home. We are able

to successfully curate each space by developing a relationship with our clients. By understanding their needs and desires for the space, we create an environment tailored to the job while maintaining our aesthetic.

Planters are quiet game changers. More than functional, they have the power to define and transform an outdoor space. Layer them, group them, explore textures, materials, scales, and shapes. Repetition brings rhythm.

We love planters for the way they create boundaries, add structure, and invite softness. Whether in stone, concrete, metal, or ceramic, planters offer an architectural counterpoint to natural growth. Thoughtfully placed, they define edges, guide movement, and create a dialogue between built and organic.

Flowers and insects are living works of art, sometimes they look as if they’re from another world. When we design with plants, we invite those otherworldly creatures into our gardens, paying homage to the life they bring. We’re pro-habitat. 🌿

One of our smallest gardens to date was a gift for our friend . 🍃

A longtime nature lover living in the heart of SoHo, Philip often stepped out onto his balcony for a bit of fresh air, so we wanted to transform that small fire escape into a serene, private oasis. A quiet moment of greenery and calm, right above the city.

We still call this one “The Wedding Cake” 🍃 Three tiers of terraces, rooftop, balcony, backyard, and front yard all stacked in harmony.

A special townhouse renovation for a neighbor we wish we still had. Before the basketball goal could be installed in the hornbeam, it was already on its way to LA.

Congratulations and go Lakers! Glad we wrapped just in time for you to lead the team into an incredible season.

Seasonal displays bring life to this grand Clinton Hill townhouse entryway. 🎃 In Spring, the steps are lined with herbs and flowers, soon to include purple alliums we’re planting now.

Crepe myrtles frame the entry, while a new iron gate we created, inspired by historic archival ironwork railings, adds both privacy and architectural rhythm. A welcoming mix of structure and seasonality.
