The objective for this class is to get reconnected with our bodies using rhythms and techniques of different Latino dances, while still getting an introduction to New York Style Salsa! Thanks to everyone who joined us online tonight. It’s been hard to continue with daily life since Luis’s passing, but today we danced for him. We remembered how passionate he was on the dance floor and how special he could make people feel in the those moments. We are counting our blessings for the chance to continue dancing, feeling, and connecting with those we love.
