In her blown glass sculptures, Macarena Rojas Osterling transforms the fleeting experience of water into form. As the artist describes, they “echo the sensation of being wrapped, pulled, and held within a dense, unstable medium.”

“The sculptures appear to freeze the ‘in between’; an instant that hovers between liquidity and solidity, control and release, holding and abandoning. El caos como estructura by Praxis Prints

Luis Felipe Noé (Buenos Aires, 1933) is one of the most influential figures in contemporary Latin American art.

El caos como estructura reflects one of the central ideas that has defined Noé’s artistic and theoretical practice for decades: chaos is not something to overcome, but the very condition from which creation emerges. As the artist writes, “Chaos is structured through the spirit,” transforming complexity into expression. This limited edition silkscreen embodies that enduring vision, where painting and thought become inseparable.

Celebrating the opening of the new David Geffen Galleries at

We are proud to congratulate Scherezade García, whose work is featured in the collection of the LACMA and highlighted in a recent ARTnews review of the new spaces. In the lead-up to the opening, Harvest of the Sea (2023) was selected by LACMA as one of 50 key works presented for the new David Geffen Galleries.

García’s practice—exploring migration, memory, and the poetics of the “liquid highway”—continues to resonate across institutions and audiences. We are especially proud to have presented her 2023 solo exhibition Under the Lace: Stories of Floating Cathedrals, Resilience and Encounters at Praxis, during which LACMA acquired Harvest of the Sea (2023), now part of its permanent collection.

Congratulations to Scherezade García and to LACMA on this new chapter.
