ВРЕМЯ ЧТО-ТО МЕНЯТЬ 🛑

Из-за этого меня мало на странице и я знаю что большое количество людей а также моих коллег задаются вопросом, с чем это связано.

На данном этапе жизни у меня проходит очень глубокий период переосмысления всего что я делаю,что создаю… Что мне от жизни нужно, к чему иду,какая моя миссия и какова моя цель? Чем больше времени проходит, тем больше я задаю себе один и тот же вопрос -А в чем смысл всего, если я живу чтобы работать, а не работаю чтобы жить… ?

Да мои курсы по современным техникам по прежнему считаются самыми востребованными и популярными в штатах,да мои группы фулл и я очень рада тому что и в Нью-Йорке и в Майами в моих школах всегда жизнь кипит!! Меня радует как работают мои магазины!! Но моё утро начинается с телефоном в зубах,время на передых это сон и по новой. Так не должно быть. В своей профессии я успеваю и блестяще делаю всё!!

А жить то когда успею?.. 💬

Поэтому в моей жизни грядут большие перемены где я выбираю ЖИЗНЬ.
Очень много мыслей на тему всего и очень много интересных решений. Неожиданных. Всё меньше и меньше меня волнуют масштабы… Я на износ отработала для создания подушки безопасности. Время выдохнуть❤️

WILLING TO EARN MORE!🤯

A familiar situation and the inner voice of all nail masters  ️🤷‍♀️
Let's figure out together how to make this wish come true:

• Define a specific goal. Write down in numbers exactly how much you want to earn per month.

• Think about how you want to achieve this. If you work solo, there are several ways:

1. Increase the number of services per month. Due to working days or increasing the speed of manicure.
You have probably seen offers like: "One tonе per hour". If you decide to go down this path, I can give you advice, but let's look at all the options first.

2. Increase the average check by performing complex designs and mastering the technique of repair, nail correction.

4. Finally, learn to EXTEND nails and spend the cherished two hours on a double-pay check 🔥

Знакомая ситуация и внутренний голос всех мастеров 🤷‍♀️
Давайте разбираться вместе как осуществить это желание:

• Определите конкретную цель. Пропишите в цифрах сколько именно хотите зарабатывать в месяц.

• Поразмышляйте каким образом вы хотите этого достичь. В рамках мастера-единички есть несколько способов:

1. Увеличить количество сервисов в месяц. За счет рабочих дней или повышения скорости выполнения маникюра.
Вы наверное встречали предложения из серии: «Однотон за час». Если вы решитесь идти по этому пути я могу дать вам советы, но давайте сначала рассмотрим все варианты.

2. Увеличить средний чек за счет выполнения сложных дизайнов и овладения техникой ремонта, исправления ногтей.

4. Научиться наконец-то НАРАЩИВАТЬ ногти и тратить заветные два часа на чек с двойной оплатой 🔥

The most successful are not the ones who never make mistakes. The most successful people are those who have a short time interval between desire and action. What does it mean?
 
This means that if you want something, don't waste a lot of time having head in the clouds around which nubiferous fears and doubts will soon begin to appear. And the more you have your head in the clouds, the more storm clouds appear.
 
Set a clear, specific goal, prescribe tasks, time frames, escape routes, in case something goes wrong and start acting. Systematically, calmly, without unnecessary expectations and statements.
 
During my career, I have seen many ups and downs, bright statements from newly minted masters and instructors, attempts to go on a hype or belittling the merits of colleagues.
 
But only those who are raring to do their jobs. Who improves the quality of their products, who cares about their customers and students.Those who make mistakes, learn from their own and others' experience achieve their goals.

How to become the perfect nail master? The master you don't want to leave. And in case of forced separation, they call and text after a couple of glasses of red wine, as to their ex with the question: "Well, how are you there without me?" 🥹
 
You can take dozens of courses, learn how to make all kinds of nail designs and techniques, but never come close to satisfying the desires of the person sitting opposite.
 
The first step to success is to learn how to identify a person's real need.
