It is with sadness that we share the news of the passing of one of our original patriarchs, Mr. Stephen Rizzuto. He, more than any of us, epitomized the title of "The nicest guy on earth". Stephen lived and breathed as a recruiter for over 32 years and placed countless professionals in careers that many still have today. His mental Rolodex of people could surpass any computerized system you put before him simply because he had such a keen interest in others and he was always doing his very best to compliment relationships before resources.

There isn't enough room in this section for us to reveal his true essence, partnership, friendship, and brotherhood. However, it is enough to say there is no Cardiff Group without Stephen. As the lights dimmed for Stephen, who endured the loss of his dear mother a few years ago, as well as his own health challenges, many decisions would have to be made regarding the direction Cardiff would go without Stephen at the helm. We will update everyone in the weeks ahead.

Stephen is survived by his 94 year old father, Charlie, his brother Robert, sister-in-law, niece & nephew. To say that Stephen will be missed is an understatement. Memorial services will be held the week of Sep 25th, 2023 for family and friends. We collectively thank all who knew Stephen, send you blessings and pray that the love & kindness he poured into all of us, comforts and sustains us always. May he rest in peace.
