Howdy! As some of you may know, I'm producing a month of (mostly) virtual events called Trans Empowerment Month with an awesome org called Stand with Trans! Our events range from Oct 1-Oct 30 and each session needs TWO volunteers to run the zoom room, intro the speakers, etc. Sessions are anywhere between 60-90 min (most of them are 60 min) and we ask that you arrive a few minutes early to get things setup.

Want to volunteer? There's a link in the comments where you fill out a form and Dion, our volunteer coordinator, will then send you an auth form for a background check. We ask for background checks because a lot of the sessions include the youths.

Jules Duze (they/them) is a trans, q***r, adopted, Jew of Color. You may have seen them serving you at a variety of different establishments during their time as a food industry worker. Armed with their degree in Women and Gender Studies, their latest venture is within the non-profit ecosystem. In their free time when they arent napping, Jules enjoys reading, drawing, writing, skateboarding, and boxing.
