Heddakomiteen ønsker å hedre en person som gjennom et fortettet og dyptloddende formspråk har løftet norsk dramatikk til store internasjonale høyder. Gjennom sine skarpe språklige observasjoner utfordrer han nennsomt og med stor dramatisk teft grensene for hva scenekunsten kan romme. Han skildrer menneskets evne til å se seg selv og andre i nye sammenhenger og beriker og inspirerer norsk og europeisk scenekunst.

In celebration of Scandinavia House’s 25th anniversary, we are proud to present a staged reading of Sofia Fredén’s black comedy, Hand in Hand. This performance marks a special homecoming—the play was first performed on this very stage in 2011, as part of SATC’s Contemporary Reading Series. Featuring Vanessa Johansson Julia Kwamya Arash Mokhtar Alfred Gingold James David Rich Kwasi Osei Ingrid Kullberg-Bendz. Directed by Alicia Dhyana House. Welcome!!!

This year is celebrating its 25th Anniversary and since our collaboration goes back to the very beginning, we are excited to take part in their Anniversary Celebrations in May/ June. More details soon!!

Thank you all for attending our productions and supporting us over the years! Since our start in 2009, we have worked with more than 250 actors, 60+ playwrights and 30+ directors from many countries. We have presented 14 stage productions, 50+ staged readings, 2 Nordic Stage Festivals and 7 original audio experiences online so far, and more exciting productions are in the works!
