MEET THE ARTIST -- Award Winning Sound Designer -- David D. Wright is a nine time "VIV" AUDELCO Award winner for Excellence in Sound Design with one for Musical Direction. He is a multiple award winner of radio and film as well. David has enjoyed this work with The Harlem Shakespeare Festival . This second edition of Historical Dictionary of African American Theater, Second Edition contains a chronology, an introduction, appendixes, and an extensive bibliography. The dictionary section has over 700 cross-referenced entries on actors, playwrights, plays, musicals, theatres, -directors, and designers. This book is an excellent resource for students, researchers, and anyone wanting to know and more about African American Theater.
