Six month sublet of Studio G at Cornerstone Studios is available starting June 15th. Cost is $475/month, sublet runs from June 15 to December 15, 2026 (dates somewhat flexible). Shared space with painter Soren Glassing. Studio has one window (northern exposure), comes with a work light, a rolling table with glass palette top, a rolling chair, and a configurable desk/shelf unit. Also an optional portable easel if helpful!

Cornerstone studios are available 24/7 (but are not ADA accessible), have shared storage space, painters sinks, a kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning and bathrooms.
