We are pleased to announce the Grand Prize and Excellence Award at the Brooklyn J-Calligraphy Association Exhibition, which has been running since April 11.

The Grand Prize has been awarded to calligrapher Hiro (Hiromi Kawachi), and the Excellence Award has been presented to calligrapher Hekiun Oda.

Congratulations to both of them on this well-deserved recognition.

Kindly note that the event will take place across two separate locations.
Part 1 will begin at 2:00 PM at Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo (300 7th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215).
This portion of the event will feature a reception for a Japanese calligraphy exhibition, along with the unveiling of our new café. We will also be serving sake provided by Brooklyn Kura.
Part 2 will take place at Atoley (236b 6th St, Brooklyn, NY 11215), located just a 3-minute walk from Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo.
Doors will open at 4:30 PM, followed by a fashion show showcasing new collections from 4 Japanese designers.
