SEEKING PERFORMERS! 🎵 You are invited – CCP is hosting our annual Music Through Time concert, which will take place on Sunday, January 29 at 2pm in Lerner 555. Registration is OPEN for performers — and we are looking for a broad range of repertoire spanning the Baroque, Romantic, 20th century & modern! If you have a piece of music from anywhere in the musical timeline that you want to share with the Columbia community, feel free to register with the tinyurl or via link in bio! Calling all chamber musicians! (& aspiring chamber musicians!) Columbia Classical Performers is putting together a CHAMBER SHOWCASE for APRIL 2022!

Are you interested in finding a chamber group to perform with? Is your chamber group looking for a performance opportunity? CCP is planning a CHAMBER CONCERT to be held at the end of April. We’re looking for musicians who would be interested in performing, regardless of whether or not you already have a group. If you don’t already have a group, CCP will do our best to match you with one!

YOU ARE INVITED! 🎶 CCP is hosting our first concert of 2022 on Saturday, February 19, at 1:00pm in Lerner 555! As always, we are looking for performers (no auditions required!) and attendees. Whether you have a piece of music to share with the community OR just want to enjoy some classical music from your peers, we welcome you!

All you have to do is fill out the google form at bit.ly/ccpfebruary, which closes on Thursday, February 17, at 11:59pm EST, whether you intend to perform or attend. We hope to see you there & hear your beautiful music!

As a further reminder, CCP board applications are still open until February 14 at 11:59pm EST! The application form can be found at bit.ly/ccpspring22.

Are you passionate about sharing classical music with the community? Apply for our board! Applications are open from now until February 14, 2022 at 11:59pm EST, with priority consideration being given to applicants who submit by February 7.

At CCP, we aim to unify Columbia students through a shared passion for classical music. Board members attend weekly meetings to discuss, plan, and organize new music-related events and initiatives. We will match you with a specific role based on your interests/skills and our needs, but we are particularly interested in new members to help us organize our annual Intercollegiate Music Festival (ICMF) & other new events this year.

We are heartbroken over the tragic events in Atlanta and the continued surge in anti-Asian hate crimes. Our hearts go out to the AAPI community and those who fear for their lives as a result of these racist attacks.
