Experience the beauty of movement, music, and cultural tradition at DANCES OF WOVEN WATER — coming to BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center on June 20–21.

Presented by the Japanese Folk Dance Institute of NY, this special program brings together artists from Japanese, Indonesian, Hawaiian, and Korean traditions in a visually rich celebration of water, ritual, and storytelling through dance.

Our Jungle Book Acting Camp (April 6–11) is coming up soon, and registration closes April 4.

Students ages 5–18 will spend the week working with professional teaching artists, building skills, and performing in TWO live shows. No experience necessary—just a willingness to jump in and have fun.

It’s a great opportunity for young performers to try something new, build confidence, and be part of a live production.

✨ Moving What We Don’t Say
A 1-hour session featuring guided warm-up, phrase work from the piece, and performance-based exploration of intention, vulnerability, resistance, and release—culminating in a powerful group exercise embodying external pressure and resilience.
