Cuando dejamos el instrumento en casa, y tenemos que hacer interacción social.
The mind of a musician when they go out to socialize and leave their instrument at home. 🤯😆
I was chatting with my Uber driver when, in the middle of our conversation, he asked for a few seconds to take care of something. Even though the ride was pretty cool 😅, there I was, caught somewhere between reality, creativity, and hyperactivity.
That's when my mind did what it always does: start practicing mentally, because sometimes it feels like if you're not practicing, you're wasting valuable time.
As a musician, there are days when you have to stay grounded in real life, keep moving forward, overcome obstacles, and continue building. We're here today; tomorrow is never guaranteed.
What's important is to keep going. Because music doesn't just need hours of practice; it also needs us to create the conditions for it to grow.
