Vitus NYC dance music collective founded in 1999 by Jen Mas in NYC. We are composed of talented musicians and artists across the globe.

We have thrown many club and park events over the past few decades and jumpstarted the Cedar Creek Park shows on Long Island. Vitus was founded in 1999 by Jen Mas. After organizing several events in 97/98, she decided it was time to start fresh with a new coalition of talent. She felt that a successful music collective should be comprised of good friends that share the same passions and goals for

their scene. And slowly over the years, she has gathered together a family of talented, driven artists. The goals of the crew have always been to bring positivity to the music scene and provide quality events for all to share in. From their countless free parties to their larger-scale productions, Vitus has been determined to help keep the rave scene alive and broaden the horizons of the dynamic dance community. They welcome the idea of melding different styles of music together and enjoy meeting and collaborating with others to create new platforms of music entertainment and production. Vitus is a powerhouse of talent, comprised of many amazing artists that have quite the impressive resume, as members of the collective and beyond. They embody all the principles in which this scene was based on - peace, love, unity and respect, as well as cultural and musical diversity. Vitus is currently comprised of the following musicians: Candy Kid, DC_Ten, DJ Ostara, DR3W, Franziska Scholz (DE), Heathcliff (RIP), Jen Lev, Jen Mas, Liquid Sugar, LUGO, Mama C, Morbid, MENGES, Miz Andromeda, Myth I-S, OverSoul 6, Psynikill (RIP), REXTC, Switch Craft, Tekila, Tha Illist, Tracatak

Some have said the rave scene has faded, but this crew always felt it just begun. And it's up to us to open our minds and contribute towards the future of our scene, as well as supporting each other and preserving the principles from which it was based on. Vitus is constantly expanding and working with amazing individuals on future projects, events and exciting livestream concepts! Jen started DJing and throwing rave parties in ‘97. She decided to create a rave family of her own when she created Vitus in ‘99. She used to be widely known for Hardcore but these days she plays whatever she feels and wants.
