I’m Angel Kaba, and I help you express yourself through movement and music. Yes, that’s right; I teach you dance moves through rhythmic and afro-urban choreographies but most importantly, I help you express your deeper self without using a word. I help you go deep into your soul to find the light that only you have. I strongly believe that everybody is great at something and I also believe that da

ncing is a vehicle to tap into that gift. Frankly, I can’t remember a time when I was not dancing. I started dancing at age 3 and by age 4 found myself on stage with eponymous Caribbean music group Kasav. Ever since then, everything changed, my passion for dance was forever ingrained. Later in life, I realized the power of dancing -- I could express myself without ever using a single word. The combination of music and movement was the perfect symbiosis for self-expression. I realized that I could help others do the same; the beginning of my artistic journey started. It has been a very rewarding and joyful experience. I hope that through my choreographies and afro-urban classes you get inspired to reach your wildest dreams.

Meet John all the way from Kenya 🇰🇪

He’s been taking class with me for almost a year now. When he first walked in, he was super shy and stayed in the back… honestly? He still does 😂

✅ But the difference is night and day. He’s more confident with the steps, the choreography, the energy, you can just feel it.

🫶🏾 And every single class, without fail, he comes up to me at the end, says thank you, and gives me a hug. 🤗

🥹 As teachers, we’re always the ones pouring into our students but John reminds me why I do this. He makes ME feel seen and appreciated.

💪🏾 So today, I wanted to flip it and make HIM feel special.
