VEDIKA: Hi I’m Vedika! I’m a senior at Barnard studying neuroscience and behavior on the premed track, and minoring in Spanish. This is my second year as captain for Taal and I’m so excited to get back to choreoing with the team, and impromptu post-practice bondings! Fun fact: I’ve memorized all the song lyrics for my favorite bollywood movie, Zindagi na milegi dobara!

ANJALI: Hey, I’m Anjali, and I’m super excited to be a co-captain this year! I’m a junior at Columbia studying biomedical engineering. I’ve been dancing since mommy and me ballet classes, and I’ve been doing bharatanatyam for about 13 years now! My favorite thing about Taal is our huge team speaker that we actually never bring to practice anymore (and all of our beautiful dancers)

ABBY: What’s up, I’m abby and I am delighted to be one of the captains of Taal this year. I am a senior in CC studying English literature and sociology. One reason i love Taal is we are a little family within a big school. Dancing with friends is truly one of my favourite things to do. my favourite taal memory is dancing together at holi as a team! We definitely bring the party to every event we go to together- ur welcome browntown 😛 finally, some fun facts: i love to make podcasts, I am a cba bartender, and I love afrobeats music
