In our current negotiations, one thing we are fighting for is to keep the position of In-House Contractors in our pits 💪. The IHC acts as a liaison between the orchestra, the music coordinator, and management—it’s a vital role to pit safety and communication!

Thanks to Sarah Kim for her incredible story working with her IHC, Rick Heckman, at , when the unthinkable happened mid-show 😓.
