Meet Teddy one of my Private Lesson Client.

Teddy is a young pup with a little bit of crate anxiety. We have been working on re introducing the crate to him so he understands that this “scary” thing is to keep him from getting into trouble while his owners are at work. So far his owners are staying consistent even if he has a “bad” day and barks while in the crate. A long with this his owners were concerned with his reaction towards bigger dogs but Lobo showed them that Teddy is simply a very chill dog and doesn’t need to always socialize with other dogs he likes co existing.

Using the crate with puppies early on is very important, the mistake we all make is giving our dogs too much freedom and not enough structure. Giving freedom causes the pups to baby potty accidents, chewing on furniture and over all crazy puppy behavior. Containment is key to creat the structure and teach them the rules, once they k ow what is expected then they earn some freedom.
