Dance has no age.
Bachata has no age.

One of the things we’re working on at Fuerza is creating more opportunities for older adults and seniors in NYC to experience Bachata, Salsa and the Latin dance community — not just watch us dance, but actually be part of it.

Because dance is more than steps. It’s movement, joy, community, connection and mental wellness. And sometimes all it takes is a little Bachata to remind somebody that they still got it.

I want to see more generations sharing the same dance floor.

NYC, we’re working on it.

En Gozadera total!
At one of our Kachimbo gatherings at the studio.

Work. Bills. Responsibilities.
Most adults spend years taking care of everything except themselves.
That’s one of the reasons people fall in love with dancing.
For a few hours every week, you get to disconnect from the stress, move your body, meet new people, and do something that’s just for you.

No experience required.
No partner required.
Just show up.

Whether you’re looking to learn Salsa, Bachata, Merengue Tipico, Hip Hop, Reggeaton, meet new people, or simply try something different, we’d love to welcome you to our community.

DM “DANCE” for class information.
