There is tremendous power in words.
Words can wound or words can heal.
Words are the most powerful tools that humanity has.

Positive words have the power to change your life. Positive words can recreate your world.

Positive affirmations work because of a scientific principle known as neuroplasticity.

Neuroplasticity is the ability of our words to rewire our brains. Kids do it all the time but as we grow older, we get set in our thought patterns and then it becomes very difficult for us to rewire our brains.

By repeating powerful, positive words and phrases, we can program our brains and our thinking. Ultimately the outcome of our thinking can be actually seen in our lives as perception forms reality!

What's your message?
Mine is simple and yet very complex: Life is about NOW.

I've discovered that the past doesn't exist. You can't go there, you can't touch it - ergo it can't touch or harm you. Likewise with the future. The past is meant to educate, so we can navigate NOW, the future is what we lay the groundwork for NOW.

So right now, I have a new creative outlet. I'm excited to share it with the world. My page is about sharing my little creations with the hope of finding them new homes.
