So I don’t typically police the way people protest, but the reason why the inflatable mascots worked inPortland and then Minneapolis, is because they were standing on the front lines against ICE thugs with long guns and so-called “non lethal” weapons pointed at their faces. That same threat doesn’t exist in NYC and therefore comes as way too unserious. It’s like, let’s go protest and then do brunch and walk in the park after. Not feeling it. 🇺🇸

Still feeling the joy of watching my sister Melody marry Angel—two people who bring each other so much happiness. It was a beautiful celebration of love, filled with laughter and the kind of joy that brings people closer. Our crew just got bigger in the most meaningful way, and we’re so lucky to welcome Angel and her incredible family into ours. Though she’s no longer here, my mom was still with us in every way that mattered. Congratulations to the newlyweds—what a beautiful start to forever.
