MST&DA is a non-profit offering music, theatre, dance and fitness instruction and performance opportunities to students of all ages. Classes are offered for ages 18 months and up in drama and dance; Performance theatre is offered for ages 8 and up; Music Together® classes for infants and up; and, Fitness classes offered for adults. Main Street Theatre & Dance Alliance is licensed by Music Together LLC - www.musictogether.com.

A new 6 week Yin Yoga Workshop with Ashleigh Herndon!

Yin Yoga will meet Tuesdays from 7-8pm starting September 28th.

Drop-ins welcome or sign up for the full series!

Yin Yoga is a restorative class that focuses on soft tissue recovery. The practice is calming and restorative and recommended for all levels.

Ashleigh is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has certifications in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. She also holds 95 Hour Prenatal Yoga Certification. In addition to Yoga, Ashleigh is a certified personal trainer and also teaches Pilates, barre, and multiple strength and HIIT formats.

We are closed today, Monday September 21st for Yom Kippur.Classes resume tomorrow, Tuesday September 22nd.

Make Music. Make Connections. Join the Drum Circle! 🥁

Come gather with us on the Meditation Lawn at 11 AM tomorrow, September 19th, during Fall for Arts for a joyful, rhythmic celebration of community, culture, and connection! 🎶🎼🎶

In honor of Hispanic & Latin Heritage Month and this year’s Fall for Arts theme, “Bridges & Connections,” we’ll come together to make music with MSTDA Brazilian Capoeira teacher, Pena Verde.

Pena Verde will lead us in the vibrant traditions of Afro-Brazilian drumming, with djembes provided for everyone to join in!

No experience necessary and all ages welcome—just bring your energy, your rhythm, and your spirit of connection. You’re also welcome to bring your own drum or instrument and add your voice to the circle!
