Our next concert is coming soon! Join us for Crossing Over on Sunday, December 7th at 3:00 PM, a program exploring what happens when classical music and jazz meet in Manhattan and Moscow.

The program features Shostakovich’s sly and stylish Jazz Suite No. 1, Kapustin’s electrifying Piano Concerto No. 2, performed by rising star Maxim Lando, and Duke Ellington’s dazzling transformation of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker Suite.

Featuring works by Shostakovich, Weinberg, and Mirzoyan and violinist Aubree Oliverson, Censored Anthems combines musical storytelling with narrated listening tracks, which adds the weight of history to this wonderful music and paints a more vivid, complete picture of censorship and cultural resilience.
