Jolly Quest

Jolly Quest Playing at the SOHO playhouse from October 4th to October 14th. This little play has made its way from the Hollywood Fringe festival to New York!

In this absurdist comedy, Hey-Zeus sits on the toilet in his pristine, white kitchen, as Quote Mamma feeds him jello and wisdom. Their lives are filled with daydreams and repetition, but they’re darn good Americans who faithfully read the newspaper and pray for their President. "Just Like Life," written as a tirade against the political and social climate of the early 1990s, is even more pertinent in today’s world. Winner of UCLA’s ‘Best New Play of the Year’ (1992), the Encore Award at the Hollywood Fringe Festival (2017), and TVolution’s Fringe Gold Medal Award (2017). Is everything really and truly meaningless? Find out in “Just Like Life!”
