March 1st - March 31st is the time of acknowledgement, celebration, and appreciation of women who take it upon themselves to break records, fight against gender norms, and/or systematic oppression. Women are still making history today by becoming the first female president or vice president. When we are in a world where there's no longer first for women in any area of industry or practice. That is a sure sign that we are heading into a world focused on equality and equal opportunity between the sexes.
