Tex Avery was never really my cup of tea - too OTT - but House of Tomorrow was awesome. It was 1949, and yes, it's total post-war sexist US tropes. And the mother-in-law hate is brutal. However, looking at what is positive: the artistry. This animation is so pretty and so fun. Such an excellent piece, one of my favorite favorites :-)
