Sometimes we pray for people to win.
We cheer them on. We support them. We want to see them succeed.

But when they finally do… things change.
Distance happens. Communication shifts. The energy isn’t the same anymore. And suddenly you’re left wondering where the connection went.

But I’m learning that not every shift is rejection — sometimes it’s redirection. 🙏🏽

God will allow certain doors to close, certain conversations to fade, and certain people to move differently… not to hurt us, but to position us. Because while we were busy praying for their success, God was quietly preparing us for our own.

So instead of holding on to what changed, I’m choosing to trust what’s unfolding.

If someone’s path pulls them away from mine, I wish them well… and I keep walking in the direction God is guiding me. My achievements, my purpose, my timing. ✨

What’s meant for me will never pass me by.

Women’s History Month ✨

For generations, women were told to stay in the background to wait, to follow, to remain unseen. Yet history tells a different story.

Women stepped forward with courage, intellect, and vision. They challenged systems, reimagined possibilities, and changed the course of the world. From science and literature to peace, economics, and medicine women have shaped every corner of our global story.

The Nobel Prize is just one reminder of what happens when brilliance refuses to be silenced.

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the women who paved the way and the countless women today who continue to lead, build, innovate, and influence the future.

Because history isn’t just something we remember.
It’s something women continue to write every day.

🏆 Cheers to the women who changed the worldand the ones still rising.

Women’s History Month Reflection

So often, women’s stories are told through the lens of being “the first,” “the only,” or “the exception.” And while those milestones matter, true progress is when women no longer have to be extraordinary just to belong.

Equality is when women leading companies, building communities, raising families, innovating, creating, and shaping culture becomes normal,
not rare.

The future we are building isn’t about one woman breaking through the door.
It’s about many women walking through it together.

At Women Who Influence, we believe impact grows when women have access to rooms, resources, and relationships that allow them to lead, build, and thrive.

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the women who came before us, and we continue the work so the next generation doesn’t have to be “the first.”

They can simply be one of many.

I am nurturing, but I’m also decisive.

I’m gentle, but I have standards.

I can be warm, but I will not shrink.

Too many people want the softness without the strength.

The gentleness without the boundaries.

The affection without the fire.

That’s not how this works.

Softness is a privilege unlocked by safety, respect and emotional maturity.

Women’s History Month
Women Who Influence

This month, we honor the women who dared to lead, speak, build, create, challenge systems, and reimagine what was possible.

From activists to artists.
From freedom fighters to founders.
From educators to elected leaders.

Their courage shaped history.
Their resilience shifted culture.
Their influence changed the world.

Women’s History Month is not only about reflection, it’s about continuation. It’s about carrying forward the legacy of those who paved the way and committing to build what they dreamed of.

At Women Who Influence, we believe influence is not about visibility alone, it’s about impact. It’s about using your voice, your platform, your leadership, and your story to create opportunity for others.

May we honor the women before us.
May we amplify the women beside us.
May we become the women future generations study.
