specifics of filtration were known, the Ember leadership designed masks specifically designed for the high-filtration needed for safe singing; and Ember singers agreed to strict health protocols for both rehearsal and performance that could allow them to again pursue the Art they so passionately believe is also necessary for health, being both smart and bold! When we saw, heard, and felt what was possible with these masks, and the protocols we developed, and began receiving so many inquiries about the masks, we knew we would need to share this option with those who wanted it.
