Remembering that day I danced in confetti. 🎉

Thank you to for curating such an amazing event. Thank you for hosting such a beautiful evening of joy and play in motion. What I learned from this evening was that joy is all around us, if we are only present enough to feel it.

“Move for CoachArt” is a 4 week donation class series via Instagram Live where 100% of proceeds will fund CoachArt’s program expansion to New York City!
• CoachArt’s mission is to provide free lessons in the arts & athletics community for children impacted chronic and life-threatening illness and their siblings. 🧡
Donate here 👉 my.coachart.org/BriPositive 🙏 and tune in every Thursday to move or just be entertained by my ridiculous movement metaphors! I plan to save the video (assuming all technology goes as planned), so if you can’t make it, you can always take the class later!
⁉️ Also, if you know of a family impacted by chronic childhood illness in NYC, or are interested in volunteering, please let me know! We are hosting 4 free weeks of summer camps for the kiddos this July & August, and have a goal of providing 20 children in the community with a virtual summer camp experience! ✌️
