I’m from the South and we’ve got a saying: s**t or get off the pot.

You sit there long enough, your legs go numb and you get rings around your ass.

OK, we tried “making America great again.”

But if making America great again means people can’t afford groceries, I’m not interested.

If it means attacking LGBTQ and transgender people just for existing, I’m not interested.

If it means nonstop chaos, corruption allegations, and acting like every day is another episode of political reality TV, I’m not interested.

I want to fill my car without needing a small loan.

I want to walk into the grocery store with $20 and leave with an actual bag of groceries instead of three items and emotional damage.

I’m tired of opening my phone and wondering what ridiculous Truth Social post or headline dropped overnight.

And I’m tired of the world acting like this is normal.

I’m from the South and we’ve got a saying: s**t or get off the pot.
