Spent the whole day debugging the encoder on arrowlake went from blue screens and random shutdowns to 4k slowest preset and setting that would make the Arc A770 buckle.

Now I'm tinkering with my x264 settings for bitrate capped sites like twitch kick trovo won't bother with Facebook because they take ya encode and recode it to look like💩
