Please join us for our next concert, this Friday, March 20, 2026 at the Bar Assocation (42 W. 44th St). Francesca Bucci Vernizzi-Miron and Justin Abrams will play a Romance for piano and cello by Clarisse Valbon. Allyson Clare, Ara Seo, Kyle Foley, and Matthew C. Kolasa will play pieces for piano, violin, and cello by Chopin, Mlynarski, and Beethoven. And Jiayi He will play works for solo harmonica. We hope to see you there! 🎼🎹🎻

Join us for our next concert, this Friday evening (December 12) at 6:30 p.m. at the Bar Association (42 W. 44th St). Larissa Shahmatova will perform the Ysaye Sonata No. 4 for solo violin. Our Chamber Music concert series are back up and running! For the 2025-26 season, our concerts will be: Nov. 7, Dec. 12, Feb. 6, Mar. 13, May 1, and Jun. 6. Info below:

Time: Fridays 6:30-8:30pm (November 7, December 12, February 6, March 13, May 1, June 5)

Venue: New York City Bar Association, 42 West 44th Street, second floor

Warm-Ups: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Each group will have a designated 15-20 minute slot during this time to rehearse.

Performance: 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Light Refreshments & Reception: 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Attendance: Our concerts are open to the public. Performers are encouraged to invite audience members. Seating is first-come-first-served. Suggested donation of $10 cash and venmo. Audience members will be asked to come on time and stay through the entire performance.

SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY. DECISIONS WILL BE COMMUNICATED (ACCEPTED/NOT ACCEPTED) BY NOVEMBER 1.

Performances will include jazz music for flute, violin, drums and cello by the Bolling Jazz Ensemble, as well, as vocal pieces, works for harmonica, and works for string quartets. Please join us for our next concert on Friday, February 16, 2024. The concert will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the NYC Bar Association headquarters, 42 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. Come for beautiful music and light snacks. 🎻🎺🎹🎼🎤

The Con Brio Wind Octet will be playing wind pieces for bassoon, clarinet, horn and oboe. Reed Collins and Channing Yu will perform Schubert's Fantasy in C for violin and piano. We'll also have performances from the American Songbook by Martin Neron and various vocalists, and several pieces for violin and piano performed by Maurizio Najt and Juyoun Han.
