If you purchased tickets from Telecharge, ADVANCE EXCHANGES can now be performed ONLINE for most types of purchases without having to call Telecharge Customer Service. Simply visit your Order Status page on a desktop computer where you’ll be guided through an exchange online. (You’ll need to enter your order number and email address to view this information.)
ADVANCE EXCHANGES must be done before the start of the original performance.
