Sorry for suddenly caring this much about the Knicks, but I’ve been so proud of New York lately. The city has been electric, so naturally I bought a Knicks T-shirt and immediately took scissors to it 🏀

Never thought I’d be making sports themed art, but I kind of love what the Knicks are doing to the city right now!! There’s something so fun about everyone rallying around the same thing. The city feels alive, optimistic, and just a little bit unhinged in the best way 🍸🎨

It almost reminds me of college spirit, except it’s city spirit and honestly that’s way cooler 🧡🏀🗽

Happy AAPI Month 🤎

Over the past few years, I’ve seen so many pieces from South Asian culture get renamed, repackaged, and turned into trends without the history or language that belongs to them. And while I love seeing people appreciate the beauty of our clothes, jewelry, and traditions, I also think it matters to say their names!

Our culture is beautiful, intentional, and full of meaning. And I know this happens across so many cultures, but I can only speak from my own.

Got a new camera and spent the trip really playing around with capturing the beauty and artistry of Greece. There was so much elegance everywhere I looked, and I figured it’d be such a special way to look back on the trip later on ✨

When I travel, I don’t always have the time to create or draw as much as I’d like, so this became my way of staying creative while exploring!

I mainly got this camera because I lost my last one 😭 but honestly no regrets because I’m already obsessed with this one and can’t wait to keep having fun with it 🧿
