No pop-ups this week, just our regularly scheduled classes… but keep your eyes out for our May events! A reminder, DANCE COLLECTIVE & HEELS PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM begin NEXT SUNDAY, 5/10!

• Dance Collective explores all genres & focuses on technique, visuals & live performances ✨
• Heels/Floorwork Performance Training explores strictly heels & floorwork with an emphasis on creating visuals & camera work training, with a few live performances sprinkled in, but geared more towards camera work 📸

POV: you joined one of free mind’s dance collectives & reignited (or began!) your love for the arts

— we’ve got two different programs starting both May 10th!

DANCE COLLECTIVE will explore various genres of dance, create visuals & perform in multiple live performances with a bunch of different performance pieces, highlighting the strengths of each member of the group. Solo & small group pieces will be catered towards the levels & preferences of each individual dancer ✨

HEELS/FLOORWORK PERFORMANCE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM will focus solely on heels & floorwork style of dance, with an emphasis on creating visuals. there will be 2 live performances during the season, but our main focus will be on performing for the camera through dance and movement — expect 2-3 solo videos, 1 duo video, 1-2 group videos + the live performances 💋
