🎭 What are imaginary objects in actor training?

Imaginary objects are exercises where actors interact with objects that do not physically exist:

✨ drinking from an invisible cup
✨ opening a heavy imaginary door
✨ lighting a non-existent cigarette
✨ carrying an invisible object

The goal is not pretending randomly.

The actor must behave as if the object truly exists:
✔ with weight
✔ texture
✔ temperature
✔ resistance
✔ detail

This develops concentration, imagination, physical precision, and truthful behavior on stage.
